About Akorede

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay as a versatile midfielder. I’m able to play as a 6, 8, or 10. I would say I have a good dribbling and Passing ability and shooting is where I can improve. Overall i’m a well rounded midfielder.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Every game I go in thinking these teams should and will blow us out, so I can try and change the outcome. I have a very upbeat personality. I’m a lively guy, happy on and off the field. Try to keep a positive vibe around people.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Being the Captain Of Tri State has given qualities I never thought i'd have. I’ve gained leadership abilities. Some being working through hard times and good ones. Helping propel the team into what ti is today.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I haven’t had any major injuries just a couple knocks here and there but overall a healthy player. I did go through a rough patch of a playing career when I switched clubs. It was just getting used to different playing styles.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a D1 NCAA college that is in the top 50 in ranks but also comes with good classes and places for education that can keep me on top of education but also thriving in sports.
