Alicia is a very talented player who can play as a winger on either side, a striker, and an attacking midfielder. She excels most as an attacker, though. Her finishing is far better than that of your average winger, and her dribbling and passing are much better than those of your average striker. Her goals don’t tend to fall short of spectacular thanks to her shot power and composure. Assists follow the same pattern. In open space, as a general rule, she’ll use her pace to burst past the defenders. If she’s going to score, she’ll drive the ball centrally once she gets the ball in space without the defenders getting close to her. If she’s going to play a ball in, she’ll give herself enough space and time to play in the pass as effectively as possible.

Big fan of the effort and energy Okonkwo brings to her side. She covered so much ground on a scorching hot winter day on turf in direct sunlight and her level never dropped in the second half. She does a bit of everything well – and she did pretty much everything as the engine of the midfield. She has a high ceiling as a box-to-box midfielder.
