About Alyssa

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I primarily play as an outside or center back, but play as a 7/11 when needed and have experience as a forward and 6. As a defender I cover lots of space, track the game quickly and effectively, use speed to my advantage, very physical, strong 1 v 1 defender, big in the air, and know when to tackle.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m extremely commited and dedicated to becoming a better player every day. I have a strong competitive mentality which makes me a strong competitor and player.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve been high honor roll for all three years I’ve been in highschool, involved in art national honor society and national junior honor society.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I actively participate in community service such as running camps in several sports, and help in out in my community which has given me leadership skills and helped my team working skills.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I faced a acl & mcl tear which has significantly elevated my character, commitment, determination, and pure passion for the game.

What type of college are you looking for?

A college that gives me a chance to play at the next and highest level possible for me as a player.
