Blackwell is a defender on the GSA ECNL team. She plays left center back for her club team. She’s got the pace and athleticism to match up against the top forwards in the country. Blackwell has been impressive this season with her composure on the ball. She’s shown off some dribbling skills with her quick cuts and close control of the ball. She’s right footed, but comfortable with the ball on either foot – and hits a good pass with her left as well. Blackwell has some elite traits that should translate to the next level.
