Richardson is another standout from the Girls Academy. She was a star for her team during the last club season leading the group to the Championship in the 2010 age group.

Richardson’s ability on the ball to break pressure makes her an exciting option as a center back for the future. She is calm on the ball and comfortable handling pressure. She plays with her head up and quickly diagnoses the opposition with her rapid processing and improvisation. Richardson is going to be a top name from this class at the national level for a long time.

Richardson and the rest of the Tophat defense were outstanding once again in the title game. She made a number of tackles in the open field in the first half that thwarted the HTX attack. She was brilliant in the duel and anticipating where to be. She also showed her quality on the ball. She did well showing her poise to break the pressure with her excellent passing and decision making.
