Staying in state and headed to The University of Colorado in 2027. Rudden has excellent club pedigree playing for Real Colorado and is ranked in the top 15 in a great soccer state. The Buffs have had an awesome season thus far at 11-2-3 and currently ranked #22 in the country. If they can string a couple more wins together they look like a shoe-in for the NCAA Tournament. I think this is an excellent fit.

Rudden is a midfielder on the Colorado Rush 09 ECNL team. She was recently called into the US Soccer Talent ID Center event. Rudden is a defensive midfielder who has a well-rounded game. Her technical quality is her strongest part of her game. She’s clean on the ball and has the quality to advance the ball up the field on the dribble. She’s a good passer with excellent vision. Rudden is strong in the tackle. She’s got the trademarks of a player who will be impossible to take off the field at the next level.

It felt like the Rush team was under pressure through much of the first half against Hawks, but Rudden met the challenge and excelled in difficult circumstances. She won a number of tackles and stood up players in the open field. She is an exception 1v1 defender in the center back role.
