Expert Analysis
JR Eskilson | Prep Soccer Scout
Sadusky is an outside back on the Charlotte Independence 2011 GA team. She has been part of US Soccer Talent ID events in the past. She is also on the ODP National Team. She played with the Carolina Ascent U20 team over the summer.
Sadusky is left footed – although I do think she could play on either side of the formation. Her left foot certainly shined during the GA Playoffs. She had an exquisite assist during the second game. The other standout aspect of her game is her vocal leadership. She’s an outside back with is willing to use her voice to organize her side.
She was a key part of the dominant Charlotte Independence side and earned a spot on the Girls Academy National Talent ID roster over the summer.

Ashley is a phenomenal left back with immense potential. Defensively, she operates with the cold-bloodedness you want from any defender. She isn’t rash, opting to size the player she’s marking up when possible. In whatever case, whether she needs to be quick or calculating, she tackles strongly and cleanly. Offensively, she’s a star. Overlapping, inverting, going to the touchline, running in, staying as a passing option, anything you can ask a fullback to do, she does. In her case, she is good at all of these instead of being alright at all without mastering any. She can lead her team out from deep without issue with her blistering pace and great dribbling. Her crosses are great and she even has a knack for getting shots off. She is a complete talent already, with many more years still left to develop.

Sadusky is a defender/wide midfielder on the Charlotte Independence 2011 ECNL team. She is a left back with a high ceiling – and probably could up as one of the best outside backs in this class. She has everything. She’s got the pace, engine, and skill for an elite prospect. She hits a great service from the wide channel. Her patience and composure on the ball also stand out as a strong point of her game. Sadusky has the tools to be an elite attacking option at outside back, as long as she continues to develop her defensive skills (tactics too), she will be a top talent in this class.
