Paolini is entering her senior season at San Marcos High. She is a Florida commit. For her school she plays as a forward, and she is excellent in that role. She can outrun defenders, she can finish with one touch or she can move in on goal with the dribble. For her club, she is a defender or a No. 6 and she is very good about stepping to the ball, being disruptive in terms of letting attackers get to the ball and she elevates and wins balls in the air with regularity.

Paolini is one of the top center backs in the state in this class. She plays as the left center back for the Slammers FC Koge team. She is right footed, but looks confident with either foot. Her performance against San Diego Surf in the ECNL really sealed her spot as one of the best in this position. She went up against one of the top forwards in the state and battled to lead her side to a shutout victory. Paolini is an instinctual defender in the way she has this game awareness sense that allows her to cut out danger early. She reads the game and anticipates better than almost any other player in this age group. She is a major reason why teams cannot score against Slammers Koge.
