About Avery
Expert Analysis
JR Eskilson | Prep Soccer Scout
Burton is a forward who played on the Triangle GA 2010 team last season. She is a 2029 who impressed against 2028s. She is a crafty attacking player who uses her body well. She can hold off defenders in the box and get off a shot in tight spaces. She is excellent at keeping control of the ball while under pressure. She has a nose for the goal as well.
Burton’s play against the 2010 teams is impressive and showed glimpses of high impact forward qualities. The more opportunities she gets against her own classmates should give her more time to flourish in front of scouts.
