The Hawks came out as one of the most connected groups on the pitch, and their communication set the tone early. At the center of it all was Gabriel. She didn’t just direct her backline. Instead, she pushed her attackers, lifted the tempo, and kept the entire unit locked in. Her voice became the anchor of their shape and the spark behind their confidence.
As a result, she was a major reason for the Hawks’ success. And when the game tightened, her I.Q. showed up in smart defensive reads and true lockdown moments. Gabriel closed the match as a clear on‑field leader.

Gabriel is a defender on the Michigan Hawks Magic 2010 ECNL team. She can play center back or outside back. I think her future is right back, but the positional flexibility at this point makes her a valuable piece for her team. She is right footed and a standout in dead ball situations – she takes some free kicks for her club team. She is good in aerial duels defensively and is often the focal point of clearing the service. She is an accurate passer with good composure on the ball. The well-rounded game makes her one of the top players in the 2028 class in Michigan.
