Pekuri is a midfielder on the Reading Rage 09 ECNL RL. She can play as a defensive midfielder or an attacking midfielder. There’s a future for her in either role and she’s had outstanding performances that show her potential in either spot as well. Pekuri’s ability to read the game and cut out passes are her elite skill. She also strikes the ball about as well as anyone in the Pennsylvania 2027 class. Pekuri can score goals from over 30 yards out on goal – and she does often. Pekuri’s ability to strike a ball so cleanly offers a unique passing range for her side. She can influence the game in both ways and has been outstanding this season at the club level.
