Often described by coaches and teammates as coachable, well-liked and proud to serve as a team captain. She takes great pride in her soccer development and unselfishly finding ways for to lead her team to victory. While she may appear calm and collected, she plays with purpose, passion and with great determination whether it be winning a 50/50 ball, recovering defensively and aerial battles

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Leadership - throughout her soccer career, she has lead her teammates vocally and through on the field efforts. Her leadership qualities have improved year to year as she has gone through the soccer ranks culminating with playing ECNL (the highest level) the last several years.
Teamwork - unselfishly providing opportunities for her teammates/team to succeed any ways possible.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Her biggest challenge faced was an injury suffered 6 years ago which set her back for a short period of time. Had to not only recover/rehabilitate from the injury, but also mentally persevere as her mind was ready to play but her body needed more time to get back to 100%.
What type of college are you looking for?
She is looking for an opportunity to attend a college where she can pursue both her academic and athletic interests. She is desiring a place where she can achieve her academic goals and where it feels like home. From an athletic perspective, one where there are strong/supportive teammates, a coach who she connects with an invests in their players and a style of play consistent with her skills.
