Longhenry was a new addition to the rankings back in April, and continues to impress. She was recently named to the ODP West Region squad for the 2011 age group.

Longhenry can play left back or center back. She’s good on the ball. She is comfortable in breaking pressure with her quick combination play and movement off the ball. She plays with her head up and sets her teammates up for success with her decision-making on the ball.

She’s shown the quality to be a difference-maker for her side with consistent play at defense.

Longhenry is a center back on the De Anza Force 2011 ECNL team. She plays left center back on her club team. She’s right footed, but comfortable on either foot. She’s an asset on the ball. She makes good decisions. She’s got the playing style of a player who used to feature as a midfielder. She’s also a strong defender. She uses her body well in the duel and is smart about poking the ball away when the forward takes a bad touch. Longhenry is having an outstanding campaign with the De Anza side.
