Adame is a midfielder on the Sporting Jacksonville 09 ECNL team. She has the potential to end up as one of the best players in this class. Adame played for the Puerto Rico U20 team at the Concacaf Championship. She was a center back for her country and did exceptionally well against the US squad at the end, which should give college coaches perspective on how she will fare against the best talent at the Division I level – hint, she’s going to do well. I’ve mainly seen Adame play in the defensive midfield role at the club level. There are scouts who like her in either role. I think her ceiling is a little bit higher as a center back, but the offensive production this season in the midfield makes me less confident in that assessment. Adame controls the game at the youth level. She was excellent during the playoffs in running the show for her team. She is always in the right spot to either support a teammate or take away an option for the opposition. She has great vision and does well making quick decisions on the ball. She’s a competitive player and fights in every battle. Adame has a bright future in the game and will continue to be a top player in any role on the field.
