Barnes is a midfielder on the Penn Fusion 2010 ECNL team. She is an attacking midfielder or a box-to-box midfielder. She’s had a great start to her high school career. She is a talented finisher and excellent ball striker. Barnes is a skillful player who can make an impact at the highest level of the club game. She needs to improve on checking her shoulder before receiving the ball. She had too many moments of turning blindly into defenders during the ECNL postseason events. She navigated around a few of those situations thanks to her terrific skill, but that will not so easy in the future. Barnes’ has the technique to shine in this game for a long time. Her passing is among the best in this class and will make her an asset for any team she is on.
