Breslin doesn’t hesitate to put her body on the line, blocking shots and cutting out danger to protect the goal. Her positioning allows her to anticipate threats and close down space quickly. With a fearless approach and steady composure in critical moments, she’s become a reliable anchor for her back line and a player opponents have to account for every match.

Breslin is one of the center backs on the Charlotte SA 2010 ECNL team. She is putting together an First Team All-Conference type of season in ECNL. The left center back has her side top of the standings after 15 games. She’s a sound defender, smart, consistent, and determined. She’s a good 1v1 defender and a support defender. Her strength as a center back is best highlighted when she plays as the last line of the defense and organizes the group around her. Breslin is going to be a key piece during Charlotte’s playoff run this summer.
