About Chloe

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is clever and quick — I use my speed to create direct, attacking opportunities and put pressure on defenders. I’m confident in 1v1 situations, make smart runs, and work well with my teammates to connect plays and keep the game flowing.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is focused, competitive, and team-oriented. I’m confident under pressure and always look for ways to outthink my opponents. I stay positive, work hard, and push myself and my teammates to perform at our best every game

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

On days I don’t have games or practices, I love refereeing youth soccer and coaching the middle school soccer, flag football, and summer swim teams. I earned Scholar Athlete my freshman year and made varsity for flag football, soccer, and track. I also played varsity summer league flag football as an 8th grader and was part of the National Charity League (NCL), where I volunteer and help!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through sports and coaching, I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills. I’ve learned how to communicate clearly, motivate others, and stay composed under pressure. Coaching younger athletes and volunteering with NCL have also taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of giving back to my community.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One challenge I’ve faced is balancing multiple varsity sports with school and coaching. It can be tough to manage my time and stay consistent, but it’s taught me discipline, organization, and how to stay focused under pressure. I’ve learned that hard work and balance are key to reaching my goals both on and off the field.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically!

A true forward with an attacking mindset, Cho changes pace to unsettle markers and create separation. Her feints and creative misdirection force defenders to hesitate and ultimately opens lanes for teammates. She times runs into pockets between the lines; adding a shoulder drop or sudden burst creates the decisive advantage.

In possession, she has an eye for line breaking passes or simple quick give and go’s. When a shooting window appears she finishes with conviction. Those tempo control, deceptive movement, and play making instincts translate to flag football. Creating match up problems in both sports and keeping opponents off balance.
