Brockert is incredibly decisive as she knows immediately when to come out for a ball. She will go outside the area to clear a ball if she has to, and whatever she decides, she wins the ball. She’s strong, she’s fast and she’s determined. She’s also a great athlete with quick reactions as she makes point-blank saves look routine, and she is so quick to react that she gets to her feet and gets to the ball quickly to keep from allowing a rebound. She’s great about taking crosses and corners, and when she gathers the ball she is very quick about transitioning, showing the ability to get the ball to a running player with a strong throw or a drop kick. She is also one of the hardest working keepers I’ve seen.
