About Cole

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Currently, I'm starting and playing the 10 on my club team. Playing high school varsity as an 8th grader I'm starting and playing the 6.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Soccer is an important piece of who I am but it doesn't define me. Focusing on academics is incredibly important to me. I give my full energy to academics in the building and give my full energy to soccer outside the absence walls.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I play in the Elite Academy (EA) league w/ 2011 Albion SC Nashville. Was part of the final selections for the national EA all star team. I've been selected 4 yrs in a row for Albion National Elite and guest played on various Albion teams. Selected as an 8th grader for my High School varsity team and start @ the 6 Play Olympic Development Program (ODP) for Tennessee

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Effective communication on and off the field is a skill I've been working on three last couple of years. I've been fortunate enough to be elected team captain of the 2011 EA Albion SC team. Being respectful of teammates, coaches and officials is very important to me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Playing as an 8th grader against state champions and national ranked teams has been challenging both mentally and physically. But I believe this will make me a stronger, better player.

What type of college are you looking for?

Solid academics is incredibly important to me. Also, the interaction w/ a coach - do they train players, challenge players and how will this impact the rest of my life.
