About CONNOR

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My style of play could be described as creative, clinical and unselfish. On the field I am always looking to see what players are in position to pass to or where I can create offensive opportunities. I have a good field vision and awareness and like to move the ball quickly to help my team continue offensive momentum.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a team player and like having a team to train and hang out with. Soccer is my passion and I like working everyday to become better at it. Having fun and hanging out with my friends is also a big part of my life and humor is a huge part of that. If I’m not on the soccer field you can find me at the lake or golf course having fun with my friends and tea mates.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

International Prospect Academy Chosen for scouting visits to Porto FC and Germany/Switzerland. Training annually in Porto Portugal with Porto FC and other clubs. Varsity men’s golf - Auburn Riverside High School

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

My family has always done a lot of community service and volunteer work in the community. Every week we are always doing something to help out at the humane society or food bank or volunteering at our school. I have taken many leadership classes and am always willing to help others when needed.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Due to my size when I was younger I had always been overlooked as I wasn’t the tallest/biggest player. This was really hard as I had the skills and work ethic but the bigger kids always got picked before me. This has pushed me to train even harder to perfect my skills and now that I have grown more I think those skills and that mindset has helped me to grow even more.

What type of college are you looking for?

Competitive division 1 or possible division 2 school - would like a coaching staff that helps me to continue to push my skills and be creative on the field.
