Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I am an attacking minded player who can make runs in behind but also check back and hold the ball up from the striker position. I excel in 1 on 1 situations as well as clinical finishing.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am a very outgoing person. I love to be heard on the field and believe that the best way to encourage others is through my own work rate. My mentality is very simple: play to the whistle. Every moment I am on the field is a moment of me to contribute to my team and help win. Off the field, I love to hang around with friends, play golf, or play with my pets.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am sort of the ultimate frisbee club and the Spanish club. I am also a Boy Scout and I just earned my Eagle Scout rank. I am part of the National Honors Society as well as the Chic-fil-a leadership academy. I also earned the prestigious Washington and Lee book award.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Leadership is a quality I have developed through captaining my highs school team. I have learned that being vocal is not the only factor that goes into leadership and that actions speak louder than words. Playing with my club teamsters since a young age has built an incredible companionship over the years. My time as a Bot Scout taught me the importance of community service.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
I broke my collarbone the beginning of my sophomore year ECNL season. I had been playing my best ever just before that time and that injury really set me back. However, during my recovery process I worked hard to not only get back to where I was, but become better.
What type of college are you looking for?
I am looking for a college that takes academics very serious as that is something I am passionate about. I love this sport so much that I am willing to sacrifice a lot to continue my career. I want a college that can challenge me to become the best version of my self.
