Daniel was the best offensive player in the second half. He crowned his performance with a spectacular goal from well outside the box. Whenever he got the ball, he spearheaded attacks from the right flank. He played from the right, but more centrally than Stribling did in the first half. His possessions were progressive, especially when he played passes. The passes he played were phenomenal. Precise and incisive, they pierced the defense whenever he connected them. He created a chance from far out with a fantastic through ball before getting his goal.

Daniel is the youngest player on the Eastern roster and one of the biggest attacking talents in the country. He can play on either wing, but his talent on the right wing is unreal. The agility he demonstrates with the ball at his feet is dazzling. He deals with being under pressure phenomenally. When playing out on the right, he looks to cut in as much as possible. Either to finish a chance himself or to play a wonderful pass, his goal is always to create danger. Though he is a player who always cuts in, his ball control makes it nearly impossible to defend him. He plays passes with great flair and precision as well. He’s made his professional debut already and is eligible to represent both the US and Honduras.

Daniel is a left footed attacker that can play on either wing. He has incredible speed and does not slow down when the ball is at his feet. While he is left footed, Daniel can beat players by going left or right. He can score in different ways but his finishing technique with his left foot has helped him progress through the ranks at Charlotte FC . He has made appearances for the MLS Next Pro team, Crowne Legacy and has been called into the the USYNT U15 camp. He is the best winger in NC and is one of the best in the country.

What a player this kid is. Playing up an age group for the Charlotte Academy and still dominating play. The way he manipulates the ball is impressive. His ability to find pockets of space in the oppositions defense is uncanny. He glides with the ball on the dribble and is excellent at making progressive passes. Wouldn’t be surprised to see this kid sign a homegrown contract very soon.
