Expert Analysis
Brendan Segovia | Prep Soccer Scout
Milner delivered one of the most impressive goals of the weekend, finishing from an extremely tight angle with power and precision off the post.
At 5 foot 10, he has a solid frame for his age and uses it well in wide and attacking positions. His balance and ability to generate power in tight spaces were evident on his goal.
Beyond the finish, he was active throughout the game, operating along the flank and drifting inside to influence play. He looked like a focal point in the attack and consistently found ways to stay involved.
He has the ability to create moments out of nothing, and this type of finishing speaks to his confidence and technical quality.
He looks like a player capable of producing at a high level, especially at the Division One stage.

Millner is a forward/left winger on the Albion SC Los Angeles U16 MLS Next team. He is right footed. Millner previously played for LA Galaxy Academy. He had some good moments last season with Galaxy. He was effective as a two-way player on the wing. This season, he has a star role with his Albion side. He is the focal point of the attack – both in the sense that his team wants to play through his side, but also in the fact that he forces the action. He is a skillful dribbler with excellent body control and balance in tackles. Millner has been impressive in his quick actions and his mentality to always be on the attacking foot. He has the player profile to be an elite 1v1 attacking talent from this class. He has shown a lot of growth this season already and should continue to be one of the best wingers in Southern California.
