About Elisia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I like to play calmly passing the ball in open gaps and sending through balls to the forwards. However when there is an opportunity to dribble the ball up or take a player on I will take the space and try to find a shot.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I support my teammates on and off the field. I have a winning mentality and enjoy putting in hard work when I play. I have both an attacking mindset and defensive and I work both aspects of the game on the field.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, I have received non-sport awards in school such as gold honor roll and English honors writing award. I am involved in clubs at my school some being entrepreneurs club, bible club, and Latin American heritage. I have also earned all access being someone who maintained a high GPA as well as remaining faith based around campus.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have learned to serve my community through charity missions such a Midnight Mission where we cook for and feed the homeless as well us fostering puppies for the SPCA. Through sports I have learned how to work with a team to accomplish our goals and have learned how to communicate effectively to get things done.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

All my life I have been very stubborn and when I have my mind set on something I go all in. However, as I matured I realized that things change that not everything is going to go my way all the time but that is okay. I learned to accept where I am at because that is exactly where I am supposed to be. This was a challenge but has made me mentally strong and has allowed me to grow as a person.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that plays at a D1 level in girls soccer with a good academic program. I am especially interested in psychology programs. I am also interested in colleges that offer good opportunities such as charity and study abroad programs.
