Ahn is so refined in her off ball movement she finds pockets of space really well. I’d expect she watches a ton of high level soccer because her IQ is stupendous.

Taking players head‑on, Ahn battles through the middle of the pitch not with a purely physical approach. By exposing space before pressure arrives. As a result, she often makes her decisions early, reading the moment before the challenge comes. Using her high IQ, she identifies gaps in the opposing shape and turns them into forward advancement for her team. Her movement through the midfield looks natural, and she navigates tight areas with confidence. Getting past an opponent is just as important as winning the ball back.
