Emery plays as a striker and can also play as a winger. However, I think her talents see her best suited to play as a second striker or attacking midfielder. She is very technically gifted, which allows her to operate in central and half spaces effectively. This, in turn, allows her to help the team be more fluid and quick when moving forward. She is a tactical player, knowing where she needs to move and how to react to maximize the most out of an attack. Whenever she needs to move into space, she shows how fast she is. In short spaces, she shows how great of a dribbler she is.
