Foster is the engine of the FC Prime midfield. She is a full-effort type of player who will commit to chasing down every play for her team. She is best as a defensive midfielder or a box-to-box midfielder. She has the type of endurance to bring the effort from the opening whistle to the final whistle. She could add a bit more physicality to her game – her tackling tends to be lower body dependent when she could be more engaged with getting her fully into the duel with all of her strength at times. Her quality on the ball is good, but her movement off the ball to create space for herself could improve. Foster is the type of player every coach wants because she gives the full effort for her team and her competitiveness makes a massive difference.
