Expert Analysis
JR Eskilson | Prep Soccer Scout
Barber is a box-to-box midfielder on the Charlotte Independence U15 GA team. She is a 2011 birth year and was part of the Girls Academy National Talent ID event in that age group last season. It’s no surprise she’s been dominant in the U15 age group this season.
Barber is skillful on the ball, quick to react, and has excellent vision. She’s had some assists this season that have been jawdropping good. She just always seems to be in the right place and she always looks to be a step ahead of the competition.
She’s been a key part of the attack for Independence, which has been unstoppable for the most part.
