Kaunda is a defender on the Colorado Rapids 08 ECNL team. He plays center back for his club team. He is an award-winner for both club and high school. The left center back is a ball-dominant type of player. He’s a ball hawk in a sense that he will find the ball, win possession, and quickly initiate the attack for his team. His quick decision-making is his one of his best strengths. Kaunda’s ability to match up against any type of forward is another strength of his game. He has the pace to go against the speedy ones as well as the strength to handle the enforcer type. Kaunda has left an impression at both club and high school level in the past year and should be getting the attention of more scouts in the near future.
