Higginbotham is probably a new name for most scouts, and a great discovery from the in-depth dive into this class. She isn’t on the traditional pathway for top recruits at this point, but there is plenty of reason to believe she will end up as one of the top players from this group in the future. The midfielder has some impressive highlights out there. An effortless runner with top end pace, she covers ground in a hurry. She is a powerful player on the ball too – defenders bounce off of her. Higginbotham is a player we will watching more this season as her upside in undeniable.
