About joel

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is calm, when my team is under pressure my intentions are to calm the field down and stop rushing unnecessary plays. I think having possession of the ball is really important to win games and it has helped me so much. The way I describe my gameplay style is “calm”.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is to always push forward. It may sound simple, but to me it is the best thing I can do to get my focus back when I lose track of something i’m doing. When I think I can’t do something or I want to give up, I think of my goals and my future I even sometimes ask myself “ where will I be in 5 years”.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed teamwork. At the beginning of the season there was a lot of new faces, I didn’t know what to do or how to talk to them. Then I realized that talking isn’t what had to be done. It was building our chemistry on the field, the more I got to know the people I was playing with the better I got to know them. So, for me I have developed teamwork the most.
