About Josslyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A commanding center back known for exceptional positioning, strength in aerial duels, and calm composure on the ball. Organizes the back line with strong leadership and communication, consistently shutting down attacks while initiating play with precise distribution.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

A tactical mentality on the field with an aggressive yet calm demeanor.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently involved in Women in Stem Club and Asian Student Association. Freshman year of high school I received Honor Roll Award for all 4 marking periods in school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

One of the qualities that I have developed is having a sense of community service and giving back. I volunteer for local youth soccer and basketball camps. I also developed a skill of decision making under pressure from my experience on the field. I've also been involved in fundraising for my team by volunteering for events.

Dugenio is a center back who had an excellent showing during the ECNL playoffs. She was always in the right spot to help her team. She played as the left center back and looked great on the ball. She made some excellent passes. PDA’s exquisite defense is thanks to the balance between the four across the line, but Dugenio’s timely interceptions certainly help set the tone for that group.
