She does well off her line in breakaway situations with her technique. She also impressed with her passing – she was good with both her right and left foot while playing out of pressure. Wieland has good distance on her dropkicks, but it does feel like there is some room for improvement in that regard. Wieland’s appeal is her consistency as she seems to come up when the save is needed for her side. Scouts should note the success of her side this season.
