Bodyziak is a five-foot-ten forward/striker on the Montville Varsity squad. She’s one of the leading scorers in the state with 15 goals on the campaign. She’s done it consistently as well with nearly a goal per game over the course of the season. She’s developed a back-to-the-goal style of play to succeed against older competition. She is excellent at pinning defenders on her hip and spinning off of them when she sees an opportunity for a through pass from a teammate. For a freshman, Bodyziak’s feel for the game and her combination with her teammates seems pretty advance, which should be a credit to the coaching at both the club and high school level. She plays for STA 09 Girls Academy at the club level. She has been part of the Girls Academy Talent ID events in the past. She is just scratching the surface for her potential. She has all of the tools to be one of the top players in the state in this class.
