How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I have a deep understanding of the game,exploiting gaps within the defensive line-on the ball or with a through pass.My speed and work rate only solidify my work rate and why I am a standout player. I am able to anticipate the opponents move, defensively and transition quickly with my speed.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I am a physical playmaker,quick on & off the ball-steady,calm & collected whether my team is winning or losing.A leader by example with versatility and ability to anchor the team either by remaining a defensive option or a relentless attacker. Team culture is important to me, ensuring all players commit to the role. You have to be all in to have a championship team.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am a USSSF Referee. VAASA (varsity athletes against substance abuse), Miles for Hope/Goals for Hope, 15 for Life, Sparrows Nest, Support Connection, One Love Foundation, Youth Coach/Camps Lacrosse & Soccer. Town youth activities volunteer (Halloween Carnival, street fair, movie nights), Team manager - Boys Basketball,
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I have completed 544 Volunteer hours. Volunteering with local youth. Being a role model for them to aspire to be like as an athlete. Whether refereeing a youth game, volunteering at clinics, coaching youth teams, having them attend our HS games. Being a true leader doesn’t start by being recognized, it comes from your daily actions. I’ve always had a team first mentality.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
10th grade Lax, I wasn’t playing. I gave 110%, coach knew I was ready & there when needed. A few games before playoffs I started, and played next 7games helping my team win 1st section title since 2017. Playedevery game 11th year as defensive leader & now a captain. 2021 coming out of Covid and entering HS I had a fall, resulting in post-concussion.I was unable to play sports-had a 1.5 year return
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a mid size school 5-15k. Ideally in a warmer climate than NY. I’m looking for my field of study Neuro-psychology. A lot of schools don’t have Neuroscience, but most have psychology. Focused, smaller class sizes, active students, research.
