Palmer was with the Kansas City Athletics team that got two a win and two losses over the weekend in Dallas. I managed to catch their last match in the recent, a 3-2 loss to OK Energy FC, on Monday. Playing as a winger, Palmer was a constant threat to the opposing backline with her confidence on the ball and her determination to beat defenders off the dribble. She spent time on the right and the left sides and was dangerous on both, at times taking the ball to the end line and on other occasions bringing it inside to combine with teammates. Palmer also displayed good tactical discipline, tracking back to defend the opposing outside back when she pushed forward.
