She has a strong all-around game and can play in other positions too, including midfield and attack. Barrera does a very good job of protecting her area of the field, being really difficult to beat in 1v1 situations and always being where she’s supposed to be. She has good passing and vision and operates efficiently in the attacking half too, especially when she brings the ball inside to work in a more central area.
