I am a quick and versatile attacker that loves to make runs in behind the defenders with power.

Off the field I enjoy volunteering with my community and participating as a team manager during my injured season.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Yes, I suffered a season ending injury in March 2023 and I returned to soccer in late April 2024. It was devastating but with the help of my medical team, parents, and siblings I became a stronger athlete both physically and mentally. I learned you are one injury away from your dream and I am playing some of my best soccer now and play for the love of the game.

Lucy’s ability to get into space with possession and attack quickly makes her one of the most dangerous players on the pitch. She delivers accurate passes to cut through back lines and her shots off the dribble are difficult for defenders to anticipate. Buckholtz has great vision during corners. The sophomore forward has fantastic body positioning and timing for converting those set piece headers into goals. Lucy can be a physical presence when she chooses, or she can use her speed and dynamic touches to beat her opponents to goal. The Seattle Prep Panthers and their talented forward will continue to battle in the stacked 3A Metro League and hope to be near the top when the dust settles.
