About Mackenzie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m an attacking player who likes to play fast and direct. I try to be intentional with everything I do on the field, whether it’s my movement off the ball, my runs in behind, or my finishing in the box. I want to stretch defenses, create space, and make an impact every time I’m involved in the play. I focus on being efficient with my touches and confident in front of goal.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mindset is competitive and disciplined. I set high standards for myself and hold myself accountable every day. I enjoy pressure and big moments because they bring out my best. I’m always working to improve my speed of play, my awareness, and the small details that separate good from great. Most importantly, I care about the team. I bring energy, positivity, and a strong work ethic everyday!

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through soccer and school, I’ve built a lot of skills that have really shaped who I am. Playing on a competitive team has taught me how important teamwork, communication, and commitment are. I’ve learned how to support the people around me, lead by example, and keep a positive mindset even in tough moments. Those experiences have helped me grow into a stronger leader both on and off the field.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college where I can grow both athletically and academically. I want a strong soccer program where I’ll be challenged every day, surrounded by competitive teammates and coaches who push me to reach my full potential. At the same time, I’m looking for a school with strong academics that align with my interests, so I can prepare for my future beyond soccer.
