About Madelyn

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My goal is to be a commanding presence in the box, serving as a vocal leader who organizes and directs the defense with confidence. I prefer to play quick and aggressive out of the back to transition to an offensive attack. My quick thinking and acting are reflected in my shot stopping and 1v1 capabilities.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I take pride in my ability to be a reliable teammate, consistent communicator and technically sound goalkeeper who can remain composed and perform under pressure.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

As a goalkeeper playing for the Charlotte Independence Girls Academy team, I have had the opportunity to develop and utilize my leadership and teamwork skills both on and off the field. Off the field examples are related to community service projects as a team and community involvement with the Special Olympics program.
