Dockery is a defender on the Virginia Union 07 ECNL team. She can play any spot along the back line. She played as one of the center backs in a back three/five during the ECNL playoffs. I think she projects there for the next level. She is a fluid athlete, light on her feet, and quick to react. Dockery is an excellent man-marking defender. She is very good when off the ball at positioning herself to read the ball and the player. She cuts off passes with her pace and anticipation. Dockery possesses high upside as a versatile defender and has impressed in camps during the past year.
