Smithberger is one of the players who stood out from game film at the Girls Academy Winter Showcase and throughout the 2025 campaign. The right center back for West Florida Flames 2010 GA has put together a string of consistent high-level performances against the top tier talent in the GA. She is a terrific defender and makes impactful plays in every game. Her soccer intelligence shines with her positioning and tactical know-how when organizing her side. Smithberger has shown elite qualities this season in the GA for one of the best teams in the Southeast.
