How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a team player who likes to create a win-win mentality on the field. I am very coachable and will adapt to whatever position I am needed to fill. I like to read the game and then surgically step in to win the ball, and then press forward on the attack to move the game into the final third. I communicate while on the field to let my team know how we can work better.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am dedicated to the game on all levels. I work hard with my academics, my off-the-field training, my nutrition, and my overall lifestyle to think about how I can put myself in a better place overall to be prepared for the practices/games and my team commitment. I feel like I am a normal teenager who likes the normal things with friends, but I am still aware of my on-field commitments.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, I am involved with several clubs at my high school, such as the Husky PACC Club and HHSWS Student Leadership. The Husky PAC Club is a student club that provides service to the special needs students on campus. I hold a leadership role with the HHSWS Student Club, and we organize all our activities and fundraisers for our women's soccer student group.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I am also a female soccer referee. I have been given several opportunities to learn valuable lessons in leadership and teamwork. This last year, I was awarded the Referee of the Year award for the 24/25 season. I have had to learn how to engage with adults and defuse difficult situations, and also manage stressful conditions under pressure as a referee.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have had to handle various injuries as a soccer player and manage those recovery protocols. While maybe not as significant as some challenges others might have for me, they are significant since they limit me on the field. I have had to learn how to overcome the mental frustrations and then reengage with it positively and refocus myself on what I can control and then move forward with recovery.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college with balance. I want to have a school with a normal college life, a large campus, and a larger student body. I prefer a larger metro area vs a smaller rural area also. I am pre-med and would like a school that has post-grad options on campus, if possible. I am up for temperate weather if possible.
