Matthew really looked the part in the midfield for the War Eagles tonight. In a tightly contested bout, the game is won and lost in the midfield, and the War Eagles were able to control the midfield thanks to Matthew. A physical center mid, Matthew is very composed on the ball and rarely gives away possession. He also possess some good attacking positioning when going forward, scoring the War Eagles second goal of the game from a header in the box after the ball struck the bar.
