A Puerto Rican Youth international, he plays for Austin FC ‘s U19 team in MLS Next (where he was selected to the league’s All-Star Game last season) and is also part of the squad of their II team in the MLS Next PRO. Aristizabal’s game is built on its solid technical foundations, as he’s a goalkeeper who stands out for making the right choices between the posts and for consistently performing his actions in a very clean way. He is very reliable with his play, very rarely being caught out of place, and also does a very good job of controlling the penalty box in set pieces despite not being extremely tall.
