She does well scanning the field and always checks her shoulders before receiving the ball. She is physical and uses her body well to shield players off the ball – especially in situations where it is a 50/50 ball in the midfield or a bouncing ball that no one has control over yet. Brandon can get caught on her heels at times. When she’s on the ball, she’s very good. I’d love to see her be more demonstrative in demanding the ball from her teammates and getting more touches early on to set the tone in the game. She has the technical foundation to shine at the highest levels of the club game.
