About Olive

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

A dominating force with an unwavering commitment towards team and individual success. Olive’s work ethic, varietal skill set, soccer IQ, athleticism, and reliability allows her to play multiple positions. A true leader!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Olive’s work ethic is noticeable on and off the field. Her determination to be successful starts from the time she wakes up with something as simple as making her bed daily. She has learned to create good habits on a daily basis whether it's personally, academically or athletically.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Lamorinda Soccer Club Gold Star, Honor Roll Club Renaissance Club

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I encourage and support my teammates on and off the field. We train together on our off days and I lead by example. I volunteer at free soccer clinics provided by my club that helps enrich my community. I enjoy working with kids and helping them learn the sport.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I broke my leg during a game in 2021. I not only had to overcome the time off the field but I also had to be patient during the healing process. It was an emotional roller coaster but my Dad helped me train slowly and continue to feed my mind by watching film. For as difficult as this was, I was determined to come back better and stronger.
