About Payton

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am an outside back but would describe myself as a wing back who has a very offense mindset. I like to get forward and get into the attack by contributing with overlaps and crosses while still tracking back to maintain my defense responsibilities.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am a very aggressive player who plays with a lot of grit and determination. Although i still play with positivity while lifting up and encouraging my teammates. I was a nominee for most positive player during my high school season.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in 2 clubs in my school which are HOSA and FCA. I am apart of NCL outside of school. For non-sport awards I won the leadership award at my school in 2023.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I won the leadership award for my school in 2023. I was a nominee for the most positive player during my previous high school season. I am a member of the National Charity League which is an organization for different opportunities to volunteer and give back to our community.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college with a great soccer program that will develop me as a player and push me everyday to get better. Not only am i looking at the soccer program but i want a school where the atmosphere is very positive, welcoming, and feels like somewhere i could stay for 4 years. Also a school with a great education is very important to me!
