Quinn is a talented and multi-faceted left-footed player who can play as a left-sided sweeper or left back. Finding players who are just as good offensively as they are defensively is hard, but we have one in Quinn. Offensively, she helps give her team clarity. Whether it’s through providing width or playing balls centrally, she helps build from the back calmly. She’s also the set-piece taker, playing in fantastic crosses. Her long passes are also remarkably effective. Defensively, she loves going into duels, winning the vast majority she goes into. Her intelligence to go into tackles is also remarkable, being able to lock down either the wing or channels. She proves to be a fantastically well-rounded player in every match she plays.

Although her team Indy Eleven Pro Academy dropped all three matches over the weekend, Usher displayed good quality and helped them limit some strong opponents to just two goals. She was very consistent playing on the left side of the team’s three-man backline and was one of their pillars over the weekend. Usher won several duels against opposing attackers and also avoided goalscoring opportunities by blocking shots inside and around the penalty box. She displayed good quality on the ball too, finding good long passes out of the back that helped Indy Eleven break pressure.
