Medrano is a center forward on the Silicon Valley SA U16 MLS Next team. He has been a bright spot of the attack for SVSA at the start of the season. He has two goals in the last four games. Medrano is left-footed, which puts him already in rare company. There are very few left footed center forwards in this class. He is a high activity forward. He is always on the move and quick to pounce on the ball. He presents a challenge for the defense with his quick reactions and ability to get off a shot in traffic. Medrano is thriving in his first season in MLS Next and has shown the quality to be considered among the best of the best of the center forwards.
